Teen Sets New World Record for Typing on an iPad

If you think your fingers fly across the iPad touchscreen, try typing the entire English alphabet correctly in 5.26 seconds with just one hand.

That’s the new world record, set by 15-year-old Eduard Saakashvili, who also happens to be the first son of Georgia. President Mikheil Saakashvili and first lady Sandra Roelofs were reportedly “very proud” of his accomplishment

Saakashvili shaved 1.05 seconds off the record set in 2010, by another quick-typing teen Charlie Joseph McDonnell. He definitely had an unusual audience and setting — the feat was documented at a resort on the Black Sea.
